Case study - hotel and housing insurance company

Our Client, a market leading, UK based hotel and housing insurance business was struggling with conversion and sales & having particular difficulty securing renewals and with lapsed applications. This was costing them c1.9M of lost revenue a month and was also impacting on their sales efficiency.
